What is a Dental implant? Dental implants are replacement “tooth roots”, which can provide a strong foundation for permanent replacement teeth. A dental crown is then created and attached to the implant. This crown will match your natural teeth.

A tooth implant is a sturdy titanium cylinder that is surgically placed into the patient’s jawbone. Eventually the implant will fuse with the jawbone until it is fully integrated. Dental implants work just like real teeth.
